Manages daily operations of programming unit, provides technical expertise to staff supervised, and resolves technical problems and issues of the team and applications.
Develops work plans as per defined process, goals, and objectives, and evaluates project progress in relation to programming unit activities.
Provide level 2 and Level 3 support for all business and admin applications and track all the open tickets in helpdesk to closure.
Proactively fine tune all the business applications developed by Glaze Information Technology department for its performance and any open issues.
Advises and consults with departments regarding the identification of software and information infrastructure problem areas, determines procedural changes and/or application program modifications, and assists with problem resolution.
Manages, maintains, and monitors project plans, timelines, and testing.
Conducts research and analysis on the development of work plans for software enhancement and solutions to software deficiencies.
Managing a team of specialists and keep the track of their skills and maintain the knowledge development plan on quarterly basis.
Make sure to follow the SQA guideline throughout of the development cycle.
Managing portfolio of applications of different diverse technologies starting from development to deployment project with the help of technical team of internal/external resources.
Maintaining and supporting live incident/problem management following helpdesk flow.
Supporting team to follow SEI-CMM process and methodologies for development activities.
Organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating/ users Committees meetings.
