Preferred candidate : E-Commerce Industry
Candidate must know Hindi and English language.
Candidate should have good knowledge of email and typing skill as well.
Female candidate will be preferred first.
Candidate having background of Commerce stream will be preferred first.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Managing incoming & Outgoing calls and customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
