Sales Trainer would be responsible for the knowledge and skills of sales team members.
The trainer will need to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders (Franchisees and distributors) and consult with them in order to develop and maintain an effective and up to date sales learning curriculum.
The trainer will need to maximize sales teams effectiveness by determining and solving training needs by planning, conducting and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff - both new and existing.
Auditing for the delivery of Training over phone & physical as well.
Get new sales representatives for success by training them on Glaze products, internal sales processes; develop individual coaching plans, provide resources and assistance, schedule meetings and learning sessions with senior representatives and other department representatives.
Proactively ensure that the Sales learning material is kept up to date and has the latest information and skills that they need for success.
Develop learning programs that is customized to the organization's goals, values and mission statement.
Determines learning needs by sitting with sales team; observing sales calls; studying sales results reports
Conduct learning sessions based on the training needs identified
Provide active and ongoing support to the existing sales team through personalized coaching activities
Improves learning effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques and constantly engages with sales team for active feedback
