)for a leading FMCG company for Janakpuri,New Delhi location.
- Candidate must know Hindi and English language.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of email and typing skill as well.
- Female candidate will be preferred first.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Managing incoming & Outgoing calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary: INR 50,000 - 2,25,000 P.A.
