Ensure creation of a strategic plan for HR and lay out a road map for implementation in line with the business strategy and employee needs
Ensure Manpower availability in line with business needs:
Plan and manage manpower plans and finalize talent acquisition budgets in co-ordination with the functional heads
Drive the recruitment strategy of the organization at all levels
Ensure a strong pipeline of leaders in the organization/Succession Planning.
Institute a process for identification and development of a pool of high potential employees from within the organization, who would take on leadership roles in the future
Design and Implement enablers for creating a High Performance Workforce
Create a culture of high performance through a healthy performance management system
Ensure an appropriate organization structure for the organization in response to the changing business environments
Create and review roles, grade structure on an ongoing basis
Create Service Level Agreements and other integrating mechanisms that drive inter-departmental co-ordination for efficient functioning
Upgrade the capacity of the workforce on a continuous basis
Identify technical and behavioral competencies that would drive business performance; Create a strategy for capability building of employees at all levels
Create a career management system that is linked to employee aspirations, performance and capability
Articulate the compensation philosophy and create a process for compensation management
Design a compensation structure in line with the industry practices and organization requirements
Design appropriate performance based pay programs to drive employee and organizational performance
Maintain good working relationship with employees.
To ensure 100 % statutory compliances at plant/2 Offices as per the acts in force and to maintain the records / file returns as per the acts
To represent the company on the Legal issues in close coordination with internal / external legal entities and to manage the entire process till closure
To ensure the Contractors meet the contractual obligations effectively and to achieve the desired objectives / purpose of their contract
Ensuring Contractors productivity and compliance.
